Product Overview

Metal-seated ball valves replace soft (PTFE/PPL) seats with hardened metal alloy seats, enabling operation at temperatures where polymer seats would degrade. The pneumatic actuator provides reliable remote on-off control for high-temperature media such as superheated steam, thermal oil, and hot gases.

Available from DN15 to DN300, with chromium carbide or tungsten carbide overlay for maximum wear resistance in abrasive high-temperature service.
